Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: All items will be packed and shipped within 3 business days after placing order. With higher demand of some items, there may be slight delays, although I will do everything I can to get your order out as soon as possible.


Q: Will I receive tracking info when my order ships?

A: Yes. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Once an order is shipped, it is out of my hands how long it will take to reach you. Please check the tracking info given once order ships to follow package.


Q: My order came damaged, what do I do?

A: If an order is damaged on arrival, please email me right away and I will make sure it gets resolved.


Q: Can I return/exchange my item?

A: Unfortunately returns/exchanges are not accepted, so please make sure the items you added to your order are exactly what you want.


Q: Item is out of stock, will you restock?

A: Yes. If an item is out of stock, I will have it restocked as soon as I can. Please note that I will not be restocking limited edition items. Once they're gone, they're gone.
